Nordic Transport’s liability provisions are as stipulated in the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2000) and in our terms and conditions of transport. These provisions shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing between the ordering party and Nordic Transport.

 

Nordic Transport applies complaint procedures as outlined below, and these procedures are applicable to all orders.
